STEP 1
Biomechanical assessment and RS Footscan®
Our expert health professionals will conduct a full biomechanical
assessment. Your gait pattern is then captured and analysed using highly advanced RS Footscan®
technology.
STEP 2
State of the art 3D printers produce your insoles
Upon completion of your Footscan®, the information and data from your assessment is digitally sent to the largest 3D print company in Europe. Your insoles are then manufactured using the most durable form of 3D printing. Finally, the insoles are finished off by inserting a shock-absorbing comfort layer on the top of the devices.
STEP 3
Quality control check and insole fitting
Your brand new, custom made insoles will usually be ready for you to take away within 14 days of your initial appointment. After a final quality check, we will arrange a time that is suitable for you to come and try your new orthoses. Once you are happy with the devices, you will be able to take them away and enjoy every step!
